Visionary, kind and tenacious. For over 30 years the family has cherished the soul of Forte dei Marmi.

“Gilda” is not a casual name, but rather an onomatopoeic and affectionate fusion of the names Adua, Gigi, and Ilda.
Its roots go back to 1984, when Adua Minari, an enterprising woman from Emilia, decided to bring a culinary dream to life together with her husband Luigi Tabarani.
Over the years, this strong partnership allowed GILDA to grow and establish itself, earning international recognition for its name.

GILDA is an authentically Italian story of the Versilian coast, among elegant spaces, attentive hospitality and, above all, the value of a family-run management that preserves its identity: Ilda and Riccardo, their son Niccolò, and Adua’s irreplaceable smile… and her sweets.
